Most privacy notices are written to cover what a site might one day do. This one describes what this site actually does, which is very little: it serves five pages and asks your browser for nothing else.
It is worth reading in full only if you want to check that claim. It is short because there is not much to declare.
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no comments and no search box, so there is no point at which this site asks you for information or gives you a way to submit any.
It sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
There are none. No analytics product, no tag manager, no advertising or conversion pixels, no session recording and no A/B testing tool. Winterline does not know which pages you looked at or how long you stayed.
Every file this site asks your browser to load - the pages, the stylesheet, the two typefaces, the logo and the moving graphic on the home page - is served from this domain. The typefaces are self-hosted rather than requested from a font service, the graphic and the lighting file it reads are held here rather than fetched from the library that draws them, and there is no embedded video, no map and no social widget.
The practical effect is that visiting this site does not disclose your visit to any other company.
This is a static site, and the provider serving it keeps standard access logs in order to deliver the pages and to defend against abuse. Those logs typically record an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser identifying itself. They are the provider’s standard operational records, and Winterline does not build profiles from them or combine them with anything else.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used and to complain to the regulator. Because this site collects nothing, a request about your use of it would return nothing.
If you have dealt with Winterline outside this site, those rights apply to that correspondence in the ordinary way.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk. You are not required to raise a matter with Winterline first, though it is usually quicker.
Booking is not open yet and this site publishes no address, so there is currently no route from these pages to Winterline. When that changes, the address for data-protection requests will be printed here and the review date below will change with it.
