Book a conversation
The conversation is free, and it sometimes ends with us saying there is nothing here worth building. Bring the work that is eating the week.
Booking is not open yet.
What it covers
Three questions, in order. Nothing in it commits you to anything, and we do not follow it with a sequence of emails.
What the week actually looks like
Which work is taking the hours, how often it happens and who currently absorbs it when it goes wrong.
Whether a system should be doing it
A first read on which of that work AI would pay for, which it would not and which a spreadsheet already handles well enough.
What would happen next
If there is something worth doing, what Discover would involve. If there is not, we say so and the conversation ends there.
Useful to have to hand
None of it is required. If you only have the first line, that is enough to start.
- The task that goes wrong most often
- Roughly how many times a week it happens
- Who picks it up when it does go wrong
- Anything you have already tried
We are a UK practice and we work with UK businesses. If what you need is outside what we do, the first conversation is where we say so, and it costs you an hour rather than a project.
